    Famous skyscrapers invest in energy efficiency

    Owners of famous older high rise commercial buildings are investing millions in Green upgrades in response to tenant demands.  Efficient buildings command higher rents and many desirable tenants won't consider moving into an inefficient building.  Read the AP story here.
